Appointments can be made either by calling the Salon directly or scheduling online.

NOTE: Some services, including Barber Cuts, Junior Cuts, Extensions, Blowouts, and Corrective/Transformative Color, must be booked through our salon coordinator.

CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES:

We require a valid credit card to schedule any service.

Appointments that are canceled on the same day of their booked service will incur a 50% charge of the total of their scheduled service.

Clients that do not show up for their appointment will be charged 75% of the total of their scheduled service. These charges will be made to your credit card on file.


We have 24-hour voicemail available if you need to change or cancel an appointment.

COLOR SERVICES:

We ask that you come in with clean and dry hair. It is difficult to process color if it has a buildup of product, natural oils, or root spray/cover products. 


SATISFACTION/REFUND POLICY:

Our goal is to have happy clients that love their hair! We're sorry if you are not satisfied with your service but, if that happens, we ask that you reach out to us within 7 calendar days of your appointment (we cannot guarantee any service 8 days or later). We do not issue refunds on salon services; however, if you feel we have not met your expectations, we will make every effort to make any adjustments to your satisfaction by rescheduling you for another visit with the stylist who performed the initial service (or, should that stylist not be available within a reasonable amount of time, with another stylist).


METHODS OF PAYMENT:

For credit/debit cards, we accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover (no American Express at this time). We also accept cash and checks. You may tip on your credit card or add the tip amount to your check as well (cash tips are also appreciated).
