OUR STORY
Beehive Beauty is a full service salon located in the newly developed Millbrook Marketplace. We are neighbor to exciting new businesses such as South, Fire & Stone, Three Buoys, and The Oysterman, and across the street from such classic Duxbury establishments like Farfar's Ice Cream.
Our staff of stylists have studied with the Sassoon Academy, Bumble and Bumble NY, and world renowned educators from the industry's top color companies. Our inspiration comes from the cities we shop in, travel to, and the amazing restaurants we dine in. We LOVE fashion! We customize every guests visit from the consultation to the blow dry. Every stylist learns how to cut and color so that we can create a cohesiveness in our designs. Our new talent attends weekly education and our senior talent attends monthly inspiration events.
LEVEL SYSTEM
Beehive Salons operates a Level System that designed to provide a career path of growth and achievement for team members and to offer several options for our guests to meet their diverse needs when it comes to salon services. Guests may choose the stylist/level that compliments their requests from skill set to education, and budget.
ASSOCIATE STYLIST (approx. 0-3 years)
In the process of completing technical training. Offering limited services in which they have shown proficiency while continuing education and in salon mentoring
JUNIOR STYLIST (approx. 2-5 years)
Guests looking for excellent service while staying in a beauty budget. Well versed in color and cut while maintaining continued education. May have specialized areas of skill.
DESIGNER STYLIST (approx. 4+ years)
Equipped to offer advanced solutions for hair color. Proficient in customization and cutting. Committed to ongoing education.
SENIOR STYLIST (approx. 6+ years)
Masters of their craft - experienced and skilled. Has had extensive training and are able to provide advanced color and cutting techniques. Required to provide mentorship to Associate and Junior Stylists.
