Beehive Salons operates a Level System that is designed to provide a career path of growth and achievement for team members and to offer several options for our guests to meet their diverse requirements when it comes to salon services. Guests may choose the stylist/level that compliments their needs from skill set to education to budget.

ASSOCIATE STYLIST (approx. 0-3 years)
In the process of completing technical training. Offering limited services in which they have shown proficiency while continuing education and in salon mentoring

JUNIOR STYLIST (approx. 2-5 years)
Guests looking for excellent service while staying in a beauty budget. Well versed in color and cut while maintaining continued education. May have specialized areas of skill.

DESIGNER STYLIST (approx. 4+ years)
Equipped to offer advanced solutions for hair color. Proficient in customization and cutting. Committed to ongoing education.

SENIOR STYLIST (approx. 6+ years)
Masters of their craft - experienced and skilled. Has had extensive training and are able to provide advanced color and cutting techniques. Required to provide mentorship to Associate and Junior Stylists.
